Built and maintained 10+ financial models from scratch, mostly industrial manufacturing and real estate, including transactions combining LBO, equity financing and greenfield investment in a single structure.

Investment appraisal and business plans for two industrial lighting projects — manufacturing facilities in Bahrain and Russia. Each secured roughly $50M in funding.

Investment materials and valuation models for sell-side cash-only M&A: 5+ financial models and 10+ teasers and memoranda across insurance, fintech, agriculture and HoReCa. Took part at various stages in the Pampadu, EvroPac, UIC and Smart Logistics deals.

Audited internal operations — HR, financial planning, procurement — identified the key inefficiencies and presented the findings and remediation plan to the CEO and senior management.

Prepared the investor document set for a $120M semiconductor project — business plan, market feasibility assessment, financial model and teaser — and owned the model and financial planning. The project received initial credit committee approval before being halted by geopolitical events.

Built 2 project finance models from scratch and reviewed 5+ others; wrote the market research and financing sections of an agricultural business plan; supported due diligence, in particular receivables analysis.

Analysed capital-protected, digital and volatility-linked notes; replicated international market practice and built pricing models in Excel and Python. Proposed structured bond ideas to senior management.
