Dossier Online
Before you pay a new supplier, someone has to decide whether the company on the invoice is real, solvent, and not in court. That check is usually either expensive or skipped. Dossier Online makes it cheap enough that skipping it stops being tempting.
How it works
You give it a tax number or a company name. It pulls from twelve-plus official registries — tax records, court cases, bankruptcy filings, sanctions lists, financial statements — and reads roughly two hundred parameters across financial health, litigation history, sanctions exposure, media reputation, and corporate structure. An expedited check comes back in a minute or two; a full one takes up to ten.
What comes back is a conclusion in plain language with a score from 0 to 100. That is the actual product: a matrix of registry extracts is data, and someone still has to decide what it means.
Monitoring
Watched companies generate a daily alert when they pick up a court case or an account block — so the check does not go stale the day after you run it. Checks also run from Telegram and MAX bots.
Beyond counterparties
The same machinery covers commercial real estate, supplier search, M&A target identification, and competitor analysis.
Who it is for
Procurement teams paying new suppliers, credit risk assessors, due-diligence work in M&A, and anyone whose tender requires documented compliance checks.
